About Us

The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the billing and collecting of all fees due to the University, and operates under University guidelines and policies. It also manages loan disbursements and Perkins Loan repayment.

It is located on the second floor of the Beatrice Fox Auerbach Computer and Administration Center, room 218.  

Hours of Operation

In order to limit the number of interactions in close proximity and maintain the safety of our staff, the Bursar’s Office will not allow walk-in visitors who have not scheduled an appointment in advance. To schedule an in-person appointment, please contact

Up until Nov. 30 appointments are available during the time slots indicated below and will be limited to 15 minutes: 

  • Mon: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.
  • Tue: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.
  • Wed: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.
  • Thur: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.

Starting Nov. 30 until further notice, appointments will be available during the time slots indicated below: 

  • Tue: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.
  • Thur: 9–11:00 a.m., 2–4 p.m.

Reminder: Payments can be made online through your self-service portal, dropped in the drop box by the reception desk on the 2nd floor of the Administration building or mailed to University of Hartford, Office of the Bursar, 200 Bloomfield Ave, West Hartford, CT 06117.
