UHart's Summer Conference Housing program provides guests with a beautiful campus to call their home for a few days or the entire summer. The University is the perfect place for rest and work-life balance. We have a variety of traditional and apartment-style housing options available through our Office of Residential Life. Our spaces offer more than a place to sleep, as guests will have access to the University Commons, GSU Cafe, Sports Center, and meeting spaces around the campus and 24/7 Public Safety Security.

The University is committed to a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for our guests to live, learn, work, and play. Our campus’ entrance is monitored by Public Safety. There are blue light emergency phones with a direct link to Public Safety located throughout campus.
Feel the comfort of home as soon as you arrive. Each apartment includes basic table service, cooking supplies, paper starter kit (tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper), and cleaning supplies.
*Kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning starter kits are only available in Village and Park River Apartments.
Yes! Our linen package includes 2 bath towels, 1 face cloth, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 pillow, and 1 blanket.

Move-in is 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and move-out is 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. on the days designated in your Housing Agreement. Additional details regarding the check-in and check-out process will be shared with you closer to your specific move-in and move-out dates. Actual housing assignments will be provided to guests at check-in.
All utilities are included! There are no separate bills or contracts. Utilities include A/C, water, heat, and electric.

The University will assign a roommate and/or apartment-mates based on the program in which you will be participating and the type of housing you have requested. Any roommate (for those in double-occupancy bedrooms) and/or apartment-mate requests must be mutual and made in advance. Roommate and/or apartment-mates will be housed together as space allows. The ORL will assign a roommate and/or apartment-mates if students do not list a preferred roommate and/or apartment-mates, requests are not mutual, and/or space does not allow. Actual housing assignments will be provided to guests at check-in.
Quarantine and isolation housing is available for guests who test positive for COVID-19 and whose program extends past their isolation end date. Guests who test positive for COVID-19 must follow quarantine and isolation procedures as outlined on the University of Hartford website and in The Source, as well as any documentation provided by the Office of Residential Life (“ORL”).
