Meet Noël!

Headshot of Noel

After almost a decade of dedication to Summer Place as a Unit Leader on the athletic side of camp, Noël Sherman is moving into the new role of Director of Staff and Camper Development this season.

With a bachelor's degree in Child Psychology and a master's degree in Developmental Psychology, she is dedicated to supporting children and educational teams. Noël is the Director of School-Based Services at the Positive Regard Network in Massachusetts, where she has worked for 19 years. Additionally, she is completing her hours to become a licensed Special Education Administrator, enhancing her ability to advocate for students with diverse needs.

Outside of work, she prioritizes family time with her husband, Earl, and their daughters, Grace and Reese, while cheering them on in sports. Their beloved dog, Charlie, adds joy and energy to their lives. Noël is looking forward to another wonderful summer supporting our campers and staff both inside and outside of the classroom!
