If a student comes to the HPL to request or borrow an instrument without advance notice, they will be asked to provide their name, program of study, and purpose of the instrument loan. Prior to the instrument being loaned, HPL staff will contact the appropriate faculty to approve the loan and follow up with the student once the request has received approval.
If you find that an HPL instrument needs repair and would like to request it be assessed, please submit a HPL Instrument Repair Request Form.
This form is to be filled out by faculty only.
Students requesting music from the HPL will be required to fill out a Student Music Loan Request. Faculty approval will be required for a student to loan music from the HPL.
Students requesting a locker in the Fuller Building will be required to fill out a Hartt Fuller Building Locker Request Form. After submitting this form, the student will be contacted by HPL staff with their assigned locker number and combination.
