Seminar Rooms

The Allen Library has two seminar rooms, one large and one small. Each room has AV and computer projection for selected classes, library instruction, meetings, and group study.

For more information or to reserve a room, contact Mike Anderson (860.768.4459, mianderso@hartford.edu) or any of the other full-time Allen Library staff members. Priority for reservations is given to courses and class visits that rely heavily on Allen Library resources.

Room Usage

When the rooms are not reserved (see room schedules linked below), they may be used first-come, first-served. However, staff may enforce the following priority uses:

  1. Users with curricular needs for equipment not available elsewhere in library
  2. Faculty/tutors for private meetings with students
  3. Group collaboration
